     Easily distracted

     Fails to pay attention, especially to details

     Makes careless mistakes

     Fails to finish work, or loses interest when projects are only partially completed

     Fidgets

     Difficulty staying seated

     Difficulty listening to others

     Unable to follow instructions

     Has difficulty with complex tasks or multi-step tasks

     Difficulty organizing

     Feels restless

     Avoids work that requires sustained mental effort

     Loses things

     Talks excessively or interrupts

     Feels impatient

     May have frequent conflict with others
