Brainwaves Neuroimaging Clinic, LLC, is out-of-network with most third party insurance companies.  We are enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare but require a referral from your primary care physician.  Brainwaves will bill your insurance company for any visits not related to imaging.  Imaging clients will be provided with a detailed receipt to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.  Patients are encouraged to call their insurance company and ask for their out-of-network mental health and medical benefits.
